Once I decided to proceed with my search, Carissa provided excellent, professional services as a realtor and skillfully negotiated for me so that now I am a proud owner and within my budget. During these times of crazy bidding wars her patience and composer kept me on the right track. She was always available to answer my many questions. With her knowledge of the area she was able steer me in the direction of quality properties in desirable neighborhoods. Carissa will manage some cosmetic upgrades to the property and already has tenants for me. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her.

Wow what can I say. Carissa managed my rental property through Century 21. She did excellent work in every way. I was very grateful. A year later when the tenant moved back home I decided to sell my condo. At first I thought I would sell it myself to save money. Lol in hindsight there was no way I could have done what she did. She listed on a Thursday I think and accepted offers on the Monday. There were five showings, we had 3 offers. We accepted one offer. She kept me up to date on everything that was going on and everything I needed to do. She was very knowledgeable. She worked with the other Real Estate Agent in a very professional manner. She went above and beyond by working at getting the deal completed, early in morning until late in the evening at times. Any time I had questions she responded promptly. She kept me up to date on everything that was going on. When we had to deal with a couple of repair issues she helped to provide professional recommendations of who could do the work promptly and who later gave reasonable quotes. One company who was hired did great work. On my own I would not have known whom to turn to. In three short weeks the offer was made, accepted and the new Owners took possession. Here is the kicker, which I am so very grateful for. We accepted an offer that was above asking price. The new Owners have a beautiful home that is well worth what they paid for and I am sure that they will enjoy for many years to come. The new Owners have Carrisa to thank as well. If it was not for her I was ready to walk away from the offer for different reasons. I am thankful that she helped me through it all and that the new Owners will be happy as well. Again she went way beyond what I would have ever expected. Lol please don't expect the same results, I think mine was a miracle. Would I use her skill, knowledge, dedication, endurance as a Real Estate Agent again, in a heart beat, YES.
